Recipes
I think it will be fun to share some of our favorite Holiday recipes so here is my favorite fudge recipe.
10 squares semi-sweet chocolate (Bakers brand is great)
6 squares white chocolate (again, Bakers)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
melt together slowly
add 2 tsp. vanilla. (Mexixan Vanilla is my favorite but if you don't have any, use what you have)
(Optional: may add mint chips, marshmallows, nuts or toffee bits at this time.)
Blend well and pour into an 8x8 foil lined pan.
cool in cool dry area. remove from foil, cut and serve.
Make sure to store it in a cool dry area until you are ready to use it.
